January Lunch

On 21 January 2014 eighteen Liverpool CERSA Members met for a hot and enjoyable lunch on a cold winter's day at The Adelphi Hotel LIVERPOOOL.   Unfortunately due to illness 4 members and their wives were unable to attend .   Many thanks to Eunice Powell for arranging the lunch

 

 

 

 

 

Tigers Head Christmas Lunch

On  Wednesday 11 December 2013 15 Liverpool CERSA members met for their Annual Alan Neild Christmas Lunch at The Tiger's Head Norley.   These Christmas Lunches at The Tiger's Head were originally organised by Alan Nield some 16 or 17 years ago and have continued despite Alan's death 6 years ago.  A 2 or 3 course meal was enjoyed by all the members.

Christmas Lunch 2013

On Tuesday 3 December 2013 32 Liverpool CERSA members and their partners held their Annual Christmas Lunchy at the Birches Restaurant Birkenhead,   Besides meeting many old friends again every one had a very enjoyable meal.

November Walk

On Wednesday 13 November 2013 6 walkers met for a walk from St Michaels Station via The Festival Gardens and Otterspool Promenade.   Afterwards they dined at The Harvester Pub Otterspool where they were joined by 3 non walkers.

Boat Museum Visit

On 16 October 2013 nine Liverpool CERSA members visited Ellesmere Port National

 Boat Museum.   Despite heavy rain throughout the visit we were welcomed with a hot cup of coffee and biscuits and then given an interesting conducted tour of the undercover exhibits in the various warehouses.   After a pleasant Lunch we then embarked on a half hour cruise along the Canal.   Thanks to Peter Brindley for organizing the visit.

AUGUST LUNCH

16 Liverpool CERSA members enjoyed their August Lunch THE Hooton Hotel Wirral on the 27 August 2013.   The time passed very quickly and we had the pleasure of two of our members from Norfolk who were visiting Liverpool

 

 

 

 

August Walker's Meal

On 14 August 2013 five non walkers joined the four walking members for lunch at the Pub in the Park, Clarkes Gardens, Liverpool .   The walking group had just completed  a two and a half hour walk that included Woolton Woods, Reynolds Garden and Calderstone Park.
