On Tuesday 10 June 2014 10 members of Liverpool CERSAmet for their monthly Launch at the Academy Restaurant Liverpool . This month it was a three course meal prepared by the Liverpool Catering College students prior to finishing their course and was enjoyed by all. Thanks to Reg Griffiths for organizing the event.
